My taste in music is all over the place! Recently I discovered the guitarist and vocalist Eva Cassidy. I believe she is one of the most profoundly gifted musicians of our time.

I have a passion for books -- over a 1, 000 books in my home alone and I'm not going to confess how much I've paid in library fines over the years . I love fiction and non-fiction. I usually read several books at one time. I find I make some interesting connections that way. I can't possibly narrow down a favorite; there are too many to list.

Out of Africa, The English Patient, To Kill a Mockingbird, Gone With the Wind, The Big Chill, Klute, Cesar et Rosalie, Tootsie, Kramer vs. Kramer, Jagged Edge.

I grew up without a TV and became an avid reader instead. Have appreciated watching such things as Masterpiece Theatre, Animal Planet, West Wing, Frasier and Charlie Rose.

Child development, art, music, photography, tennis, swimming, animals, horseback riding, natural horsemanship, learning, walking on the beach, communing with nature, camping, being in or near the water., Drawing, painting, calligraphy, piano, being with the children in my family, raising baby horses.

Several ... I feel I have so much to pay back.
